  • What is the check-in policy?
    The minimum age to check-in is 18 years old. All guest must provide a government issued photograph identification. A pre-authorization hold of up to $100 is taken at the time of check-in to guarantee any incidental charges. This pre-authorization hold will be released upon check-out as a reversal (i.e. will not appear as a refund), and it may take up to 3-10 business days for the hold to disappear from your bank account / bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
  • What time is check-in and check-out?
    Check-in: Motel room check-in at any time. Private unit check-in begins at 3:00 PM on your check-in date. Check-out: By 11:00 AM on your check-out date.
  • Where should I leave my room key(s) when I check-out?
    When checking out, you may drop off the key(s) at the front desk through the key drop box slot.
  • Where is the property located?
    We are located at: 4201 S Dixie Hwy, West Palm Beach, FL 33405
  • Are long term stays available?
    Yes, for more information on long term stays please send us an email or give us a call.
  • What is the pet policy?
    Due to limited availability, pet-friendly rooms are available upon request for small-size pets (up to 15 lbs). ​We can only accept direct bookings with prior arrangements. Give us a call to book and arrange so your best friend will not miss you while you travel. Note that additional pet cleaning applies.
  • How do I make a reservation?

  • Are smoking rooms available?
    Yes, smoking rooms are available. Our private rooms are strictly non-smoking and has a designated smoking area.
  • What are the front desk hours?
    We are open 24 hours!
  • Can I request for an early check-in or late check-out?
    If you need to request for an early check-in or late check-out, we would greatly appreciate it if you can let us know in advance. Please note that this is subject to availability and fees may apply.
  • Is Wi-Fi available?
    Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in our rooms and private units.
  • Is parking available onsite?
    Yes, free parking is available for guest who have a current reservation. Note that we only allow 1 vehicle per room. Parking stalls are located in front of the rooms. Private units are limited to 1 vehicle and has a private parking lot. Please let us know ahead of time if you have 2 vehicles.
  • Is there an onsite swimming pool or gym?
    No, unfortunately we do not have an onsite swimming pool or gym, but not too far from the beach!
  • Do you offer onsite laundry services?
    No, we do not offer onsite laundry services, but we do have laundromats not too far from our property. Our private units have a common area for washer and dryer.
